So much fun! And smart.

Our protagonist is a high school student who loves to read old, gothic romance novels.  You know the ones--old manor house, tragic love story, supernatural elements, your English teacher (like this one!!!) loves them...

And the one day she falls into a tear in the time/space continuum (or something like that) and she is in a gothic place...full of all of the tropes. But they are also broken tropes. Like the maiden is a heroine. And the grumpy maid is...well, I won't spoil it!
