My husband and I have lived in Northfield since 1990, and all 3 of our children have gone through this school system.   While  I have been teaching since 1990, I have been a teacher here in Northfield since 1999.   I love teaching in the town I live in and getting to know the students and their families.  Most of my teaching here in Northfield was at the middle level, but I  moved to elementary school 4 years ago.  My role here at the elementary school is as a reading and math interventionist, where I get to work one-on-one or in small groups to boost math and reading skills.  I love the students here, and getting the chance to teach many of the children of my former middle level students.   

As you can see from my profile picture, I love to be outside cross country skiing or walking my two dogs.  In the summer I love to hike and work in my vegetable and herb gardens.
