I moved to Northfield in 1998 and have not wanted to leave! Both of my kids went through the Northfield School system and I am happy that they did. I am proud to be able to teach the 6th graders in town and thrilled that they are included, as are any students 6-12, in the high school musical. I teach to all different types of learners and am known for finding a song to go with whatever subject I am teaching.

I am the 6th grade Humanities teacher. I am originally from Delaware, and moved to Vermont after college to pursue my career in education. I love Vermont because it fits my active lifestyle and celebrates vibrant communities such as Northfield's which I am excited to be a part of! Working with technology and engaging in real-world experiences with students is the highlight of being in the classroom for me as a teacher.
