Mr. Michael Gonneville

        I have been the Physical Education Teacher at Northfield Elementary School since 1978. Over these years I have enjoyed watching so many youngsters grow and mature into outstanding parents and citizens of our community and beyond. We have come a long way. So much so that I am now teaching many students whose parents I had as well as some whose grandparents were students of mine. This school year I will be back to being the one and only PE teacher for grades PK-5 and I am very excited by this opportunity.                                             

My goal has always been to provide children of all abilities and interests with a foundation of movement experience and understanding that will lead to lifelong active and healthy lifestyles.

  • Jump Rope Team
    Every Tuesday after school from 3-4:30. See Mr. G for more details. We will be starting Tuesday, October 15th, 2019.

    Before/After School Activities

    Fitness Club will be in the Tuesday & Thursday mornings before school in the mini gym.

     Jump Rope will be starting soon after school.

     Volleyball will be starting soon after school.

     * Make sure you bring in your permission slip to Mr. G  ASAP if you would like to participate in these fun activities

  • Walking Wednesday

    Every Wednesday morning meet at Norwich University between 7:00-7:15 and we walk to school. Another meeting place will be Kenyon's Hardware Store.
